Make Sense of Your Neurodivergent Child’s Big Feelings

Make Sense of Your Neurodivergent Child’s Big Feelings and Baffling Behaviors
Learn why everyday moments can feel so hard for ND kids—and how to respond with more empathy, confidence, and connection.

Does your child have big reactions to everyday moments like putting on shoes, leaving the house in the morning, a change in routine, or being at a social event? Do their big emotions and behaviors sometimes leave you confused, frustrated, or unsure what to do next?

This workshop is for dads of autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, twice-exceptional, highly sensitive, and kids who experience the world more intensely.

Using a nervous system lens, we’ll explore why seemingly small things can feel so big for our neurodivergent kids. We’ll look beneath baffling behaviors to better understand your child’s experience, so you can respond more calmly and help them feel safe in a world that can often feel overwhelming.

You’ll leave with practical tools to feel more confident and less reactive in hard moments—while helping your child feel understood, safer in their body, and more connected to you.

NOTE: This is a hybrid event. Dads can join in-person or remotely online. When RSVP’ing, please selection which way you are planning to participate.
