Parenting the ADHD Brain
HYBRID event: join in-person or remotely via Google Meet
This interactive workshop, led by certified ADHD coach Rebecca De Ornelas, offers a science-backed blueprint for understanding the ADHD brain and executive function. What we’ll cover:
- The ADHD Brain Blueprint: Understanding the mechanics of executive function challenges.
- Live Exercises: Experience ADHD mental clutter and the shift from chaos to focus.
- Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD): Why the nervous system overreacts to minor situations.
- Real Tools: Science-backed approaches to motivation and regulation.
- Support for ADHD Parents: Specific tools for the 40% of parents who also have ADHD.
This isn't about what you're doing wrong. It's about what you haven't been told.

Camp Finder Hackathon
POP UP EVENT - the first official Dad Guild Hackathon
Are you a techy-ish dad?
Is searching for the right summer camps for your kids, ones that fits the exact ages and dates needed, an annual stressor?
Well, do we have a fun project for you.
A rad community dad has built an awesome camp finder search portal tool. But they need some help tweaking it and making improvements before it is ready to be totally published. So Dad Guild is excited to host our first ever hackathon, where dads will all meet up to help work on the project together. (And also eat tacos! Dad Guild will provide a taco kit dinner from Moe’s)
What is a hackathon? - It is a focused event where techy folks meet up to work collaboratively on a project.
Do I need to be a tech wizard to participate? - No. Naturally, having some tech skills (like coding) helps but it is not necessary to participate. There are plenty of digital but not super technical tasks participants can contribute to.
Interested? Then RSVP today! https://online.traxsolutions.com/dadguild/main#/search
