CANCELLED: Fitness Night
CANCELLED: We have decided to cancel these events due to lack of RSVPs. If you are interested in weightlifting or fitness events, feel free to message dan@dadguild.org.
You better be fit-ness in your schedule! It’s dark. It’s cold. Exercise makes us healthier and happier. Join us for some stretching and a gamified fitness session. We will be completing exercises and earning “points” as a group. Then we’ll stretch again, talk about what hurts, and close out the night. Bring sneakers, exercise clothes, and a water bottle.
